- Select a Time Slot
- Complete information on form
- Click Done
- Download and complete Credit Card Auth
- Check Email for comfirmation
How to Change Date
- Check Email for Confirmation of Appointment
- Select Change/Cancel
- Select Reschedule
- Select new date
- Select a new time slot
- Complete information
- Click Done
How to Cancel
- Check Email for Confirmation of Appointment
- Select Change/Cancel
- Enter reason for cancellation
- Click Done

Do you photograph vacant places ?
Yes. Vacant properties are easy for us to shoot. If you have it on lock box we can easily fit it into our schedule
- We offer Virtual Staging for vacant properties

During the Appointment
Before the Photographer Arrives
- Turn on all Lights – ALL OF THEM
- Remove any clutter
- Clean Up
- Meet Photographer
Should the Home Owner be there ?
No. unless the need to be. Home Owners generally get in the way and make the appointment longer
What if I need more photos than I ordered ?
YES. You can definitely upgrade your package.
- Check with Photographer if they have extra time
- Contact Office to change package
After the Appointment
What is the turnaround time ?
- Photos – 2 Business Days *
- Floor Plans – 2 Business Days *
- Virtual Staging – 2-3 Business Days *
How do I download photos ?
Do you provide different size photos ?
YES. Currently by request we can crop or resize. We will be offering MLS, WEB & Print Sizes in the future.
Payment / Invoice
How to do I pay ?
We will send and invoice a with your links to download photos or a few days after that. You can fill out a credit card authorization to keep on file and we can charge your appointment automatically.

Can I call you will my credit card ?

Am I able to pay my invoice online?
YES.
You will receive a link from us that will send you your invoice. Just plug in your credit card and we will send you a receipt invoice.
